Position Overview:

Situated in vibrant Southeast Florida, the Business Development Manager will embody the role of forging a robust sales strategy while orchestrating compelling marketing initiatives. This visionary will play a pivotal role in propelling revenue growth, solidifying market prominence, and elevating our brand presence.

Responsibilities

Strategic Visionary: Develop a visionary sales and marketing strategy that epitomizes excellence within the Southeast US region. Translate this strategy into actionable plans, to exceed sales and marketing targets.

Market Penetration: Secure contracts with luxury new construction multifamily rental and condominium developments. Cultivate influential relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers, establishing our presence.

Strategic Networking: Leverage your expertise to build and sustain a robust network of developers, general contractors, and interior designers. Strengthen relationships to drive business growth and strategic partnerships.

Sales Pipeline Development: Conduct thorough research on upcoming projects and trends to identify potential sales opportunities. Foster a robust sales pipeline for substantial revenue growth.

Materials, Manufacturing, and Design Acumen: Leverage your knowledge of cabinetry materials, manufacturing processes, and design principles to enhance client interactions and provide valuable insights.

Logistics Know-how: Demonstrate a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Representation Role: Serve as the ambassador of the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Elevate brand visibility and foster exclusive connections.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales and marketing performance data, translating it into actionable insights for the executive team.

Market Insight: Stay attuned to industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Locale Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate various locales within the Southeast FL markets, adapting approaches to cater to unique market dynamics.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidate must live in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County to be considered.

Proven track record of strategic sales and marketing leadership, preferably within the luxury construction, cabinetry, or architecture sectors.

Extensive B2B sales experience, particularly in new construction and real estate development.

Well-established network of contacts within the luxury multifamily rental and condominium development industry in the Southeast US.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable strategies.

Proficiency in leveraging sales and marketing analytics for informed decision-making.

Strong background in cabinetry, millwork, or architecture for large-scale luxury projects.

Thorough understanding of cabinetry materials, manufacturing processes, design principles, and logistics.

Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast US as required.
