Financial Analyst

4 plus years of Operations Financial Analysis experience

Venteon Finance is currently seeking an experienced Operations Financial Analyst for a leading manufacturing company located in the Ann Arbor area. This position will lead the Business Unit's monthly forecasting and annual business planning processes. Participate in the annual standard cost change. Support the Business Unit Controller in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis and reports for internal and external purposes.

Requirements of the Financial Analyst

Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4 plus years of position related experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Oracle software is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst

Assists Business Unit Controller in preparation budgets, revised budgets, MTP and associated v-charts.

Maintain, analyze, and review rebate programs and RMA's.

Prepares, analyzes, and communicates financial results.

Reviews and analyzes forecasts provided by each company as well as prepares forecasts. Responsible for tracking, maintaining, and reporting out bi-monthly forecast results.

Review business unit responsible balance sheet accounts: Account Receivables, Obsolesces & Surplus Inventory.
