Join an established regional firm seeking Labor & Employment defense attorneys. Ideal background:

4+ years of practicing labor & employment law in Oregon

including but not limited to, advising and representing clients in employment-related commercial litigation and employment law advice and litigation (e.g. drug and alcohol issues in the workplace, EEO compliance, employee disciplinary matters, retaliation claims, sexual and other forms of unlawful harassment, whistleblowing claims, wrongful termination claims).

Good job tenure; those seeking a long-term fit

Licensed to practice law in Oregon, WA licensure a plus

Collaborative attitude--excels in teamwork but also autonomy

Strong legal research, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
