Job Description

WHO WE ARE

HEIDENHAIN CORPORATION, a leading manufacturer of digital readouts, metrology products and CNC control systems, is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Warehouse Clerk for our office in Schaumburg, IL.

You have computer knowledge. You have basic computer knowledge and are good with entering data.

You are a hard-worker. You know how to get the job and stay motivated to finish all tasks.

You are a team player. You enjoy working with others and are ready to work together to complete the job.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Put inventory material in its designated storage location.

Complete appropriate bar code transactions for parts that have serial numbers.

Pick finished goods in priority of customer orders (FIFO).

Pack product in a way that would minimize the number of parcels being shipped

Accurately and neatly label shipments.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma/GED is required

Computer experience necessary

International shipping a plus

Strong attention to detail and good communication/listening skills.

Ability to work with others in a team environment and resolve problems quickly and efficiently

Experience preferred.
