Packager

Ocilla, GA Temp $10.50 - $11.00 / Hour

We are searching for a Packager to ensure smooth and proper boxing and transportation preparation of our product. You will be supporting the overall operations of the Ocilla plant for a company known as a leading manufacturer and distributor of crop protection solutions in the U.S. This includes performing your duties in a plant environment. You will be exposed to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals.

Responsibilities:

•Operate various packaging fillers.

•Operate various bag or cap sealers.

•Operate various box sealers.

•Stack product on pallets based on required standards.

•Operate forklift as needed.

•Any other duties as assigned.

Education:

•High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications:

•Must be able to work overtime when required, including weekends and holidays.

•Must be able to work in a high volume/high speed environment.

•Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail.

•Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours per day.

•Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.

Physical Demands:

•Regularly required to stand, bend and lift up to 70 pounds frequently throughout shift..

•Must be able to see and hear.

Work Environment:

•Plant environment.

•Regular exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold or chemicals.

Location: Ocilla, Georgia

Pay: $10.50 / Hour (Day Shift) and $11.00 / Hour (Night Shift)

Schedule: Multiple Shift Opportunities - both day and night - 12 Hour Shifts - Rotating

(Must be able to work overtime when required, including weekends and holidays)
