Description:
The Division Manager will be based in the Pacific Region which includes Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Utah, Idaho, and Nevada areas and is responsible for leading the Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC sales team within a defined territory to achieve company objectives in the areas of quality new business acquisition and collaborating on new customer on-boarding. The Division Manager is tasked with developing and enforcing processes that drive sales, evaluating and adjusting team performance, and hiring and training team members. To effectively lead the sales team, travel up to 75% of the time may be required to work with sales representatives in their respective markets. The Division Manager will live within the assigned territory and report to the Director of Sales.
Execute against company sales and product strategies
Attain company sales targets for new customer acquisition and store openings
Analyze data on past performance and future objectives, to effectively plan and set goals for the Division
Support Market Development Representatives in obtaining quality new business locations
Monitor and ensure accountability for sales-driving activities, providing feedback, coaching and assistance to Market Development Representatives
Ensure key processes and plans are in place through enforcement of market development representative adherence to sales processes, leading and lagging indicators, and accurate CRM management.
Spend time in the field with Market Development Representatives to assess and coach performance improvement.
Solve practical challenges and identify a variety of concrete action-steps in situations where limited standardization may exist
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
Hire and train new Market Development Representatives
Overnight travel is required
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred and/or requisite industry management experience is required
Three to five years of sales management experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office Suite (including MS Excel), Gmail & Internet applications
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
