Meet with customers for requirements and translate to technical specifications
Develop low code / no code / workflow solutions to automate processes
Work with our Clients to import data their successfully
Identify, debug, and advise on system errors or API issues.
Work with partner systems to assist them in building integrations between our software suites and theirs
This role: You will be successful in this role if you have…
Earned a BS in Computer Science or a related field, and/or relevant work experience
Worked for 3 or more years in a technical support role
Have an understanding of technology including SQL. APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript/JQuery
Able to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams as well as own individual projects
Understand relational databases and data integration tools
Eligible candidates reside in one of these states: DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV.
