We have an immediate need for a dynamic, results-oriented, experienced team member to fill the role of Customer Service Associate. Our Customer Service Team Members provide superior customer service to all our customers and internal colleagues. As a leader in the niche plastics color industry, with 6 highly-flexible manufacturing sites across the U.S. serving domestic and overseas markets, Chroma puts people, safety, and sustainability first.

Our company is mid-sized, fast-growing, team-centric, and customer oriented. We're looking for motivated team members who want to own what they do.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and committed to providing outstanding service developing strong relationships with our customers. The successful candidate must have prior customer service experience and exceptional computer skills are required. Must be able to multi-task and deal calmly in stressful environments where customers are facing business challenges with the current supply chain delays.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

Must have minimum 3 years of relevant CSR experience in a corporate environment. Manufacturing industry preferred.

Must be an independent problem-solver who can multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills and ERP experience required.

Able to work overtime as needed.
