Understanding of GMPs, SOP adherence.
Biotech/Pharma experience
Material handling experience in a GMP environment DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES / FIRST 30 DAYS:
The applicant will be one of several Warehouse team members.
The working shift may be one of Days, Swings, or Graves.
The team meets each morning in a team huddle and reviews the daily workload.
Division of labor is primarily between a receiving team which removes material from trucks and receives it into the system, and load product into trucks when performing outbound shipping activities.
The team will also manage waste from Manufacturing.
EWs rotate through all the functions in the warehouse.
The first two weeks involve a large amount of SOP reading, warehouse familiarization, and training.
A new hire is typically trained to full competency in 6 to 9 months. Pay Rate between $36 - $40/Hr on W2 based on experience.
