Software Developer

We are searching for software developers who have a desire to expand their technical knowledge in C# and SQL programming. The primary focus is on the development of SDM (Smart Decision Maker) and LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) Manager systems in the logistics sector.

This is a permanent position based in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. Be open to the possibility of traveling up to 60% of the year to our customers and final vendors (e.g., Nestle, PepsiCo, Schreiber Foods) across the USA, Canada, or Mexico.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive understanding of robust technical specifications.

Development of system management software corresponding to customer specifications and software standards.

Rigorous software testing at the Charlotte headquarters on simulation systems.

On-site installation of software at the production plant within North America (USA, Canada, Mexico).

Assistance and start-up of software with verification of implemented functions.

Production assistance during the software delivery phase of the plant.

Compilation of daily/weekly reports for the corresponding offices of Infomotion, customers, and/or final vendors.

Remote support for the production plant during the final phase of the project.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science/Engineering, CIS, or equivalent level of experience in IDE and development

General knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and .NET environment (C#, .NET Framework).

Experience with Visual Studio, Git, SQL

General knowledge of database languages (T – SQL) and the setup of a Microsoft SQL Database.

Strong communication skills, collaboration skills, and a desire to help and learn from other developers.

Driver’s License

Availability to travel to client sites throughout NAFTA countries (USA, Canada, and Mexico)
