Porter - Cleaner

Job Description

Porter/Cleaners are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, providing cleaning services, and upkeep of assigned areas; apartment/condo buildings, exteriors of buildings, hospitals, or other types of facilities. Candidates must be flexible, and willing to complete all tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Compensation:

$13 - $16 hourlyResponsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

Perform heavy cleaning duties cleaning/maintaining carpets and/or hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping

Perform routine dusting of furniture, wall hangings, fixtures, etc

Cleaning restrooms, emptying trashcans

Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning is a plus but not a requirement

Ability to handle physical workload

Attention to detail
