Proven ability to analyse large and complex datasets specifically from Workday.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) with experience applying them to Workday data.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, while considering potential variations due to location.
Strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes, particularly those related to Workday.
Experience working within a captive advisory model.
Proven experience with specific Workday modules relevant to the role (e.g., Recruiting, Compensation).
Knowledge of human capital metrics and frameworks relevant to Workday data.
