People Analytics_SAP HCM 6 to years Mumbai, Pune & Bengaluru

Minimum of 7 years of experience in people analytics, HR consulting, or a similar role, with a strong focus on SAP HCM data analysis.

Proven ability to analyse large and complex datasets specifically from SAP HCM.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) with experience applying them to SAP HCM data.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, while considering potential variations due to location.

Strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes, particularly those related to SAP HCM.

Experience working within a captive advisory model.

Proven experience with specific SAP HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Recruitment) as relevant to the role.

Knowledge of human capital metrics and frameworks relevant to SAP HCM data.

Strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
