Industrial Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Industrial Designer to join our growing team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative design concepts from ideation to production.

Designing and executing concept presentations.

Liaising with the Design Team and Production Team to finalise all details of client briefs.

Preparing drawings for the Accounts Team to present to clients. Drawings will include the general assemblies with material specifications, electronic details and overall dimensions.

Preparing General Assembly / BOMs / Production Files for the production team.

Overseeing prototype and production, as required.

Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed:

Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Industrial Design or equivalent is preferred.

3+ years of experience in Industrial Design (within the Retail Industry is desired)

Experience in SolidWorks is required

An understanding of manufacturing materials, production timelines and expectations

An understanding of the design journey and production processes, including but not limited to cabinetry, print, plastics and sheet metal manufacturing (preferable)

An ability to manage current and upcoming projects by prioritising your workflow effectively

Positive attitude to get work done and move forward with a smile

Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: Office-based (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu)/Remote

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)

Employment Type: Full-time
