About the Role

You are becoming a trusted go-to person for clients on day-to-day requirements, issues and challenges. You are the key liaison with clients, internal teams and other agency partners. You are skillful in delivering high quality of work on time and on budget.

With 4 - 6 years related (social media/PR agency / in-house client communications) experience, you have a solid foundation of how the agency works and able to manage clients’ expectations effectively. You can form strong client relationships and be the hub to receive, distribute and manage the work. You’re driven by our mission to make our clients’ brands matter, and fundamentally believe that creativity and earning influence for our clients have the power to change fortunes. You can work collaboratively with all internal team members (within the PR practice, as well as within different teams in the Ogilvy Group) to getting outstanding work done.

You will support our clients branding, PR and social media strategy across all channels. A keen interest in delivering an earned-first approach and communications trends is a must. The role reports into the PR Director.

What You’ll Do

Deliver high quality work and become a strong advocate for the agency/client relationship.

Able to own and execute project management/workflow, processes, and reporting.

Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines, and communicate effectively to the internal team.

Able to effectively present work that delivers business success for clients and ensures feasibility of delivery and implementation.

Strong analytical skills with ability to develop compelling messages for complex business issues/offerings and identify/ resolve emerging account issues

Develop strategic research approaches to support strategy development, defining objectives and outcomes for clients

Develop and implement Communication Strategy and Plans independently and effectively

Understands work scopes, and effectively manage resource requirements and budgets.

Achieve mastery of delivering and implementing PR and Social capabilities that build client satisfaction which opens new growth opportunities for the agency.

Manage independently including identifying gaps and providing recommendations to meet clients’ targets/KPIs

Plan, schedule, execute, manage, and report on project progress.

Ability to solve and overcome delivery issues and challenges (i.e. time, resources, budget, capabilities) that meet clients’ and agency’s interests.

Guide team members in work performance, be a good listener, and provide feedback as needed to deliver a high quality of work.

Possess the EQ required to facilitate multiple specialists, personalities, and opinions.
