• Facilitate and coordinate meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation of discussions.
• Act as a liaison between leadership and marketplace team, conveying goals, strategies, and KPIs to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Conduct monitoring and analysis of Anchor Seller performance, providing comprehensive performance statistics and ensuring alignment of commission rates, marketing strategies, and pricing with US counterparts.
• Proactively engage with Anchor Sellers for major promotions, aiding the sales team as needed.
• Engage in forecasting and budgeting activities to optimize resource allocation and support business growth objectives.
• Maintain and update marketplace sales team organizational chart to reflect changes in team structure and reporting lines.
• Oversee basic office duties, including managing office supplies, coordinating new hire setups, handling data entry tasks, and ensuring the overall office environment is well-maintained and organized.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of marketplace business activities.
• 7+ years of experience in Retail/eCommerce industry experience preferred.
• Successful previous experience as a sales support specialist, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in leading and managing a team including monitoring employee performance, and providing feedback.
• Must have experience managing marketplace accounts at Ebay, Walmart, or Amazon.
