Who we are:

Humboldt Merchant Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of North American Bancard, provides payment acceptance to businesses in high-risk and specialty markets, with a focus on retail and ecommerce transactions. In addition to providing safe and secure credit card processing to a wide variety of businesses, Humboldt also supports multi-currency conversion, specialized chargeback reporting, compatibility across multiple gateways, and more.

Manage, coach, lead, and develop Partner Relations department Advisors (PRA’s) in managing and building relationships, providing services, resolving complex issues, and providing solutions to Sales Partners with the goal of growing overall revenue and production.

What you'll do:

Building and managing Sales Partner relationships.

Hire, manage, train, develop, coach, and inspire the Partner Relations team.

Create and execute key priorities to accelerate growth and efficiency.

Create roadmap for employee goals, service level requirements, and engagement, development, and performance expectations.

Create department dashboards, utilizing internal reporting and Salesforce

Develop and train staff on processes, tools, and products and industry news and updates.

Serves as escalation POC for Partner Relations issues (PRA’s and Partners/Agents/ISO’s)

What we need from you:

High school diploma with at least three year’s customer / account management experience within the financial services industry

At least three years of experience leading and managing teams

Strong working knowledge of Merchant Services / payments/ Fintech industry

How to stand out:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Certified Payments Professional (CPP) preferred

Additional Information:

Direct Reports: up to 5+

Travel Requirements: Some (<10%)

License and Certification Requirements: Certified Payments Professional (CPP) preferred
