Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic, self-driven, customer service representatives with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives.
As our newest team mate you will service existing clients and new customers with their Auto and Home insurance needs. You'll work with a team of licensed professionals who collaborate to ensure that you have the right training, and tools for success. P&C Licensed and experience in an agency office will be a plus.
We have flexible work schedules with both full-time and part-time openings available. No sales quotas, but commission and bonus can be earned on new business sales.
Entry level non-licensed candidates can start over $20 per hour. Compensation is commensurate with your experience and license status.

Responsibilities
Assist Clients by phone, text, email or in office.
Provide administrative support to Sales Professionals
Prepare documents and respond to inquiries from prospects, clients, carriers, and company personnel.
Make policy changes, provide confirmation of coverage
Proactively manage retention programs
Utilize Salesforce CRM platform.
Requirements
Existing, or ability to obtain, Property and Casualty License required.
Recent experience in an insurance agency or sales office.
Willing and able to acquire Life License.
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Excellent communication and organization skills
