Job title: Administrative Assistant- Quality First Coaching

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the daily operation of the Professional Development and Training Department programs. This position is responsible for incentive and purchasing support, scheduling trainings and needed technical assistance, recordkeeping, managing training registration and attendance confirmation, taking meeting notes, ongoing email correspondence with vendors and community partners, and other duties to ensure efficient operation of programs.

What it takes:

High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education preferred.

2 years of experience in administrative support role required, experience in non-profit preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain confidentiality critical.

Experience with data entry and use of databases.

Experience in balancing competing needs by prioritizing and responding to multiple tasks in an organized manner.

Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
