We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to work in our Concord office.
Duties and responsibilities
Provide the highest level of customer service
Administrative duties (e.g., reception, answering phones, copying, etc.)
Receive and scan closing loan packages
Build and review collateral packages for inaccuracies and clear any issues prior to delivering
Work with Warehouse Team to package and send collateral packages to respective warehouse banks
Purge old file as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and a self-motivated individual.
Problem solver with excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of Encompass LOS preferred
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k. The pay range is $18 - $22/hr. This is a full-time position.
