With a robust client base in Texas, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Duct Install HVAC Foreman. HVAC Foreman is responsible for supervising HVAC installers of HVAC systems, equipment, sheet metal piping, wiring and controls. Communicate with General Contractors, other trades and Supervisors. Lead, train, and guide employees to complete the project with-in the timeline of the job and budget.

Strong ability to read and understand all trade plans

Read and understand Submittals and OEM’s

Work Safely and create a safety-based culture

Ensure quality control of work on project

Coordinate with General Contractor and other trades

Coordinate with company PM and Superintendent

Coordination of project tasks

Manpower needs

Equipment delivery and installation

Material takeoff and procurement

Inspections and code compliance with governing agency and SMACNA

Set up timelines with long and short-term goals

Organization of project and personnel

Understand local code enforcement and SMACNA standards

Requirements

Strong leadership skills

Be competent in decisions made
