Title: Administrative Assistant/Reception
Pay: $45-$55K
Location: Long Grove, IL/ Libertyville
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests into the office
Answer any inquiry from new or current clients
Create project files and coordinate from A-Z along the project
Ensure customer satisfaction at the end of projects
Must be able to learn and comprehend the products, pricing, and services available to discuss with clientele
Assist with quotes, payment processing, vendor communication, contracts, permitting, and HOA regulations
Qualifications
HS Diploma
Tenure on resume
2+ years of office experience in reception, customer service, or coordination
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be commutable to Long Grove and Libertyville
Must be comfortable working a partial day on Saturdays
