Key Responsibilities: Strategy

Assist’s the MD in reviewing and accurately analyzing business performance on regular basis

Provides strategic inputs and analytical support by constantly monitoring business performance, through periodic MIS and weekly calls with the Leadership team

Draft’s strategic reports and prepares presentations for top management review

Key Responsibilities: Business Performance Management

Prepares and maintains critical dashboards for management review by effectively collecting data from all stakeholders and publishing the same periodically

Works closely with business leaders to track large ticket sales orders/funnel and other business related updates

Assist’s MD in setting-up review meetings, records minutes, follows-up and tracks pending actions from attendees

Partner’s effectively with the finance team to accurately report business numbers

Help’s rationalize business forecasts by reconciling it with data received from all SBU’s from time to time

Key Responsibilities: Critical Projects

Drives initiatives and projects on behalf of the MD’s office, and regularly updates the progress to the MD

Provides updates to the marketing team on performance highlights, deals, prepares talking points for conferences, etc

Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience

Ensures customer/client queries and escalations are seamlessly resolved by routing them to the respective teams

Being the voice of the customer with the internal teams

Key Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate in Management

Years of Work Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience in Product/business Development / Business Analyst/Strategy would be preferred.

Linguistic Proficiency: English

Primary External Interactions: Corporate clients, Banks, vendors etc.

Primary Internal Interactions: Senior Management, Global Product Teams, Finance, People team etc.
