Our well-established and highly reviewed dental practice in Conyers, GA (30094) is seeking a full-time, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our phenomenal team! We have a wonderful, team-oriented work environment!

The ideal candidate is a Certified Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) and has dental office experience. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and goal-oriented.

Duties for our Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) include:

Preparing patients for treatment, ensuring their understanding and comfort

Selecting and setting up instruments, equipment and materials needed

Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry

Taking digital dental radiographs, intra-oral photos, impressions, etc.

Sterilizing instruments according to regulations

Perform prophies for preventative care

Follow HIPPA/OSHA guidelines

Dentrix experience is a plus not a requirement

Perform all EDDA functions
