What You Bring to the Table

Developing and maintaining appropriate logs for submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, etc..

Preparation of transmittals for distribution of project documentation.

Assist with special projects as needed.

Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to this role.

Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, Viewpoint, Concur, and Raken.
