Job Title: Project Coordinator
Reports To: Senior Manager, Project Management
Summary: The Project (Program) Coordinator will support Project and Program Managers with planning, executing, and communicating with employees on the manufacturing floor. This person will participate in project/program meetings, document progress, prepare minutes of meetings and create action lists.
Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of a project/program manager to support all project activities
Maintain issue resolution, escalation plan, risk mitigation, timing chart, and communication plan
Provide regular updates to customers and the management team under the direction of the Project Manager
Develop tool tracking matrices to ensure timely delivery and fabrication of tools and components
Utilize complex excel formats, pivot tables, and data in support of financial reviews
Able to develop presentation material in a concise fashion and support program managers with details ready to present in customer meetings
Track issues from multiple Paslin sites and merge/integrate into master open issues documents of program.
Responsible also for contributing with assembly and fabrication when required

Requirements:
1-3 years’ related work experience in a professional business environment
High School Diploma or GED and or working towards a vocational certificate, college degree
Excellent organization skills with demonstrated ability to execute tasks on time
Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Self-motivated and hands on approach
Follow written/verbal instructions and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Able and willing to learn new software applications as required
Knowledge of MS Project or a similar system is preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Work Environment: This position operates in an office and shop environment.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and be present on the plant floor or customer facility.
Expected Hours of Work: This position regularly requires daily overtime hours and frequent weekend work.
Travel: This position requires some out of town and overnight travel, approximately 10-20%.
