Customer Service Representative (Outbound Scheduling)

SUMMARY OF JOB

Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling is one of the fastest growing home service companies in Idaho. We are looking for intrinsically motivated individuals that are driven to expand their career and learn with our team.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for duties related to phone-based expansion, sales, troubleshooting, and scheduling of customers to provide optimal Idahoan-Service with a purpose. The predominant function of this position is to follow-up and sell on unsold estimates provided by the company. The Outbound CSR will demonstrate adequate skills necessary for overcoming customer objections, display company core values to build company-customer relationships and value, and educate the customer all over the phone. An ideal candidate will be punctual and personable while supporting HVAC and Plumbing technicians by following up with current customers to book prepaid or recurring services related to their Family Maintenance Plans, cold calling existing customers to educate them on current promotions available at Wickstrom, confirming customer appointments, assisting in the rescheduling of customers, and conducting “happy calls” where we follow-up with customers to inquire about the quality of services provided by Wickstrom. Additional duties include updating and maintaining the customer database with current information, support in sales of Family Maintenance Plans, utilization of clear and concise communication skills with department managers, employees, and customers. This includes keeping customers appraised to Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling’s schedule and requested lead times.

SUMMARY OF DAILY TASKS

Outbound calls to sell unsold estimates

Outbound call to existing customer to sell promotions

Outbound calls to family brand customers to schedule services

Maintain Service Agreements within the system

Respond to all messages left after business hours

Contact customers with updates on job status from job start to finish.

Maintain customer files and information flow between technicians and the office.

Follow-up on completed jobs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour plus performance pay on top
