Shifts:
Mon-Fri 1pm-10pm (FT) or Wed-Sun 7am- 4pm (FT)
Pay:
$18-$20/hr
Requirements:
Use of your own cell phone
Responsibilities, Duties, Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Aspen proprietary software
Tracking various project items on Excel spreadsheets ( ordering/reviewing materials & reviewing post work photos).
Assisting Production Managers coordinate material deliveries and schedule crews to complete the work ( scheduling w/ subcontractors, property owners and sales reps).
Completing bi-weekly payroll for subcontractors
Updating reports for pending jobs and accounts receivable
Communication with multiple people daily on the phone (50-75 calls) and via email (100+)
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Office administration
Any construction background (a plus but not required).
