Wire Technician

Job Description

Salary: $18/hr

Great Atlantic Contracting has been in the construction and renovation industry since 1977. We are locally owned, based in Virginia Beach, VA, and currently operate 17 self-storage facilities throughout Virginia. We are currently looking to expand our operations and have an opening for a Wire Technician. This role’s primary duty is pulling and running CAT6 wires for installation of camera systems at storage facilities.

Role Requirements:

Previous experience running and pulling cable is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work off ladders.

Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to access company vehicles.

Ability to use software to track jobs assigned.

Salary & Benefits:

Work/Life Balance – 40-hour work week with weekends off. Schedule is Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm.

Stable income with a growing company, starting at $18/hr.
