Your fast-paced workday will mainly consist of preparing for your install, explaining to customers what to expect throughout the install, directing your helpers, replacing air conditioners, and effectively demonstrating to the customer how to operate their new system, all while adhering to the high standards we’ve set for our company. Annual Compensation: $50,000 - $81,000+, including bonus and incentive pay opportunities. Where you fall in that range is dependent on how much you want it!

Required Experience and Traits

Residential HVAC Lead Installer experience is required, however, we hire for personality and culture fit over experience.

Reliable

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Intermediate computer and mobile device skills (will work with ServiceTitan – our CRM – and other web-based apps on company provided iPad)

Superior attention to detail, process-oriented, eager to work, coachable, and motivated
