POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Developer to help support and grow a global Salesforce implementation. This position will help to support the needs of Sales, Channel Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and more. You would help to understand requirements and solve problems through declarative and programmatic Salesforce features and techniques as well as troubleshoot existing functionality when needed. We leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, many AppExchange apps and more so diverse experience and a hunger for learning are key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the needs of our internal customers through regular and quality communication;

Design and develop with a preference for declarative solutions (formulas, flow, workflow, etc.), only leveraging code when needed (Visualforce, Apex, LWC, etc.);

Maintain and improve existing org and codebase by addressing technical debt, reimagining aged solutions with new features, improving Apex test coverage, and more;

Collaborate with a small Salesforce team through all project phases. Requirements gathering, solutioning, development, testing, deployment, support, and documentation;

Stay up to date on the latest announcements and innovation from Salesforce and partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

2 or more years of Salesforce experience (core clouds);

Strong Visualforce and Apex skills;

Lightning Web Component development experience OR JavaScript skills and strong desire to learn LWC;

Strong Salesforce declarative skills including Workflow, Flow, Reports, Formula Fields, etc.;

Comfortable managing data via Data Loader, Workbench, etc.;

Platform Developer I Certification or higher;

College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and/or equivalent combination of experience and education;

Domo experience is a plus;

Eloqua knowledge is a plus;

Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign experience is a plus;

SOX compliance experience is a plus.
