The Position
Manage the work of quality control and quality assurance staff within the plant to ensure full compliance to all Quality related policies, procedures and practices
Promote a strong safety and quality culture, both which are core values of everyone at the company
Responsible for ensuring that products meet customers' quality standards
Coordinates quality training for employees to ensure all individuals have the required level of knowledge
