Test Support Engineer (Electrical)

If so, Kirby Risk Manufacturing has an opportunity for you as a Test Support Engineer at the Service Center in Lafayette, IN.

We want to talk with you if you can:

Analyze customer requirements and provide them with the best solution in the most cost-effective manner.

Design and write test specifications for harness testing projects

Apply Lean Manufacturing tools and principles to solve testing problems and improve test operations.

Ensure the performance of all quality standards pertaining to harness manufacturing and testing.

Maintain ISO 9001 and IATF quality standards on all projects.

Assist engineering harness personnel and production personnel with any testing issues.

Role Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field. Electrical Degree preferred

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Customer Service Excellence

Superior Computer Skills

Strong aptitude for Electrical Testing

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities

Harness testing or equivalent test experience is a plus! (Cirris; CableScan; CableEye; etc.)

Hours and Travel:

7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Minimal overtime or travel
