️ Seeking a Reliability Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our plant operations. You'll develop and implement maintenance strategies, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Our client are a leading North American producer of industrial and agricultural chemicals, serving a broad range of markets to including Agricultural, Industrial, Mining.

El Dorado, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and sustain Asset Care Excellence (ACE) principles, maintaining safety operations and compliance.

Develop and maintain equipment maintenance programs that surpass regulatory standards.

Analyze maintenance costs and identify inefficiencies to enhance operational efficiency.

Lead cross-functional teams in Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and other initiatives for continuous improvement.

Manage capital project input and budgeting in line with operational goals.

Coordinate maintenance work orders, prioritize scheduling, and reduce emergency work orders.

Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations, ensuring effective corrective actions.

Oversee mechanical equipment maintenance beyond the Mechanical Integrity program, including inventory and documentation.

Drive plant changes to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reliability, and process quality.

Develop a reliability strategy aligned with business needs, focusing on proactive maintenance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering from a 4-year ABET-accredited program.

3-5 years of experience in the Chemical/Process or Petrochemical industry.
