Kelly Engineering is seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to play a key role in the development, integration, and maintenance of advanced industrial control components and systems for diverse applications. This is a direct hire opportunity with our client in Florence, SC.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of industrial control components and systems.

Drive the expansion of control system features to meet evolving market demands.

Innovate solutions for complex customer applications, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Upgrade products to ensure compliance with industry safety codes and standards.

Champion initiatives to optimize manufacturing, installation, and service processes.

Experience / Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience. Master's degree preferred.

Demonstrated leadership in achieving ambitious team goals.

Proficiency in project planning, resource management, and compliance.

Effective delegation, monitoring, and commitment to project objectives.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for seamless collaboration.
