Technical Support Analyst (EDI)

Seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to implement and maintain electronic document transactions throughout the organization. This position will also identify and resolve processing exceptions.
Job Responsibilities
Provide support to our locations in the setup, exchange, and tracking of electronic documents
Analysis of electronic documents including data formatting, mapping, and adherence to standards
Provide Level II support from the helpdesk to analyze and resolve processing exceptions
Manage implementation projects for new trade partners
Create and maintain documentation for Systems Integration processes, trade partners, and locations
Oversee system setup and training as it relates to processing of electronic documents
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or related technical degree
Familiarity with one or more, data formats in EDI, CSV, XML, JSON
Working knowledge of Excel and standard business tools
2+ years’ experience serving in customer service or technical analyst role
Willingness to learn business systems, SQL, and EDI syntax
Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with various business partners, technical teams, system users, and management
Ability to solve complex problems, including use of research, analysis, and expertise
