We are searching for a talented and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee our ambulatory care services and drive excellence across all aspects of our clinic. Our team is dedicated to meeting the needs of our community and ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care!
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of ambulatory care services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with healthcare providers to establish and maintain quality patient care practices
Lead efforts to improve quality metric standards and meet external client expectations
Develop and maintain fiscal budgets to optimize resource allocation and financial performance
Provide ongoing staff development and support to promote professional growth and excellence
Serve as a liaison with payer representatives and regulatory entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines
Resolve patient care issues and act as a patient advocate to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to support organizational goals
Supervise departmental staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field (Master's degree; preferred but not required)
Minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a healthcare setting
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
Current CPR/BLS certification
Fluent in English required; fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) (preferred, but not required)
Proficiency in other languages is an asset
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay: $115k – $125k
