Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rubber Formulation Chemist & Compliance Specialist located in Lebanon, OH. As a Rubber Formulation Chemist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, conducting research and development activities, and creating innovative formulations for our high-quality products. As a Compliance Specialist, you will ensure that our seals and diaphragms meet the applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills, Laboratory Skills, and Quality Control

Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Formulation

Strong knowledge of rubber materials and polymer science

Familiarity with FDA and USP regulations

Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team

Technical support for customers and end users

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
