Job Responsibilities
Background investigations on candidates for employment and contractors seeking access to company facilities.
Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for the collection of individual background information.
Interviews individuals within and outside the company regarding a candidate's character and reputation.
Provides consultation regarding suitability for employment or access to company facilities.
Maintains databases to support security programs and manage access control systems.
Analyzes individual applications and reports, ensuring all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
Demonstrated ability to work with various software applications including SAP and MS Office
Knowledge and experience dealing with specific issues associated with providing security at an energy company and critical infrastructure protection.

Pay Range: $23 - $26 Hourly
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
