Integration Architect

The Data Integration Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining API-based data integration solutions within an organization. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to analyze requirements, design cohesive integration solutions, and ensure effective collaboration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Boomi and a strong understanding of modern integration design principles. As an Integrations Solutions Architect, you will lead our Integrations architecture efforts while contributing to the Integration Development Team

culture, the platform.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain API, database, and file integrations within the Boomi platform based on BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) standards/specifications.

Communicate with project managers, developers, end-users, and external third parties to analyze business needs and design effective integration solutions.

Troubleshoot existing integrations and provide technical support.

Understand how to design, build, and deploy integrations using Boomi.

Create, consume, and manage APIs within Boomi.

Transform data between different formats (XML, JSON, flat files) using Boomi’s mapping capabilities.

Collaborate with senior customer technical representatives to advise and guide on overall solution architecture.

Maintain the end-to-end vision of data flow diagrams and develop logical data models into physical data repositories.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of experience working with enterprise application integration (EAI) or iPaaS solutions.

5 + years with various integration platforms( MuleSoft, Boomi, webMethods, etc.) including experience with Rest, SOAP, Swagger, Third Party Platform integration(CRM, Core Banking, etc.).

Strong understanding of integration patterns, data mapping techniques, and API design principles.

5 + years of experience with JSON,

5 + years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing APIs.

2 + years of experience working in Agile, using the SCRUM methodology.

2 + years of experience with GitHub, Postman, Jira, ADO (Any Equivalent CI/CD tool).

2 + years of experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications.

2 + years of experience in cloud platforms and utilization of integrations related managed services (Azure, AWS, etc.).

3 + years of experience with data definition languages JSON, XML, etc.

3 + years of experience with API security (BasicAuth, OAuth, Authorization, etc. )

3 + years of experience in building and managing APIs.

2 + years of experience working in Agile, using the SCRUM methodology.

2 + years of experience with GitHub, Postman, Jira, ADO (Any Equivalent CI/CD tool).

2 + years of experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications.

Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS applications a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Financial Industry and BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network)

Knowledgeable on sophisticated development concepts.

Strong Boomi Architecture experience.

Previous experience being a tech lead mentoring junior and mid-level Boomi developers.

Certified in Boomi.

Experience with complex integrations, orchestrations, and composite services.

Experience working with teams focused on architecture and design.

Good experience working with Boomi Administration and Monitoring of Boomi.

Working knowledge in one or more architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).

Experienced in writing documentation to support the developed integration.

Should have worked with Kafka and other streaming mechanisms.

Working knowledge with caching platforms (Redis, Hazelcast, Apache Ignite, etc.).

Experience on API and Gateway Led Connectivity Approach

Experience working with offshore teams is highly preferred.
