Sales Associate

Our client, a B2B Product in the Real Estate space, is looking to bring on a Sales Associate.

This is a permanent staff role on-site in Richmond, VA.

The max base comp for this role is $75K depending on experience with an OTE $105-120K.

The ideal candidate has:

2 + years of Sales of experience selling advertising, marketing solutions, and other B2B services. 3+ years of total corporate experience.

This is a heavy outbound outreach role, 50-75 cold calls per day, with a fast sales cycle, 12 deals per month once onboarded.

No more than 3 job roles in 5 years

Must have a bachelor’s degree from a non-profit and in-person college/university
