CBTS is currently seeking a Microsoft Exchange Engineer for a position located in Cincinnati, OH.

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Exchange Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the migration from on-premise public folders to shared mailboxes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Exchange, public folders, and shared folders, along with exceptional communication and customer service skills. This role will require the ability to have difficult conversations with stakeholders while effectively managing the migration process.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute the migration of on-premise public folders to shared mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure a smooth migration process.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the migration effort.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

- Document the migration process and provide training and support to end-users as needed.

- Stay current with industry best practices and technologies related to Microsoft Exchange and messaging systems.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Microsoft Exchange Engineer or similar role.

- Strong understanding of Exchange Server, public folders, and shared folders.

- Experience with migration tools and techniques for Exchange migrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Exchange Server certification.

- Experience with other messaging systems such as Office 365 or Microsoft Teams.

- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
