About the Role: This Data Engineer is responsible for designing and developing data pipelines using Python or Java and Spark and AWS technologies

Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in application development using Python or Java

Design and develop data pipelines using Python or Java and Spark and AWS technologies.

Experience with Distributed data/computing tools like Spark, Kafka etc.

Develop and maintain data models to support data analysis and reporting.

Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Design and develop data warehouses and data marts.

Desired Qualifications: Banking or Finance Domain experience

Location: Richmond, VA OR McLean, VA OR Plano, TX or Chicago, IL or NY or DE (Hybrid role)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $99000 – $153000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
