Construction Project Manager

Our client in Bear, DE is seeking an experienced Site Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is a Direct Hire role. This position offers $85k-115k/year.

Essential Duties:

Oversight of budget, development and management of project documentation, subcontractor contract management and project reporting

Project scheduling, quality control and logistics

RFP package development, trade contract and bid package preparation

Ensuring pertinent construction information is provided to contractor and development team, participation in project meetings

Ensuring the project's compliance with all permits, and obtaining occupancy permits

Qualifications & Skills:

10-15 years minimum experience managing large mixed-use construction projects with a minimum of 10 years managing construction projects for the owner/ developer

3-5 years minimum experience in pre-construction, estimating & strong background in project costs

University or college degree and/or training in construction management engineering, land planning or related field

Ability to organize and manage necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve designed results with consistent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies

Working knowledge of current market conditions including pricing conventions and trends

Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills with a variety of software packages; ProCore Experience preferred

Valid Driver's License
