Nanny in Brentwood

We are currently seeking a full-time nanny who is well-versed in Waldorf and gentle parenting methods to provide exceptional care for a three-year-old child in Brentwood. This position offers 40 to 50 hours per week at a competitive rate of $35 per hour, with ample opportunities for overtime and travel.

Responsibilities:

- Provide attentive and loving care for the child in a screen free household.

- Effective communication skills and emotional intelligence; employing calm explanations.

- Engage the child in educational and developmentally appropriate activities.

- Accompany child on walks, including with the family dogs.

- Create a nurturing and supportive environment for the child's growth and development.

- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child.

Qualifications:

- Experience with Waldorf and gentle parenting methods.

- Warm, loving, and engaging demeanor.

- Comfortable with dogs and willing to accompany on walks.

- Passport ready and prior experience traveling with families domestically and internationally.

- Flexible schedule and able to travel for up to three weeks at a time.

- Previous experience working as a nanny
