Program Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who will play a key role in driving business outcomes through the effective utilization of Pega technology in Assisted Sales and Promotions initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging Pega Decisioning solutions to optimize business processes and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and objectives related to Assisted Sales and Promotions initiatives.

Develop and execute program strategies to drive business outcomes using Pega technology.

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

Partner with IT teams to configure and customize Pega decisioning solutions to meet business requirements.

Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful program delivery.

Monitor program performance and KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Strong background in Assisted Sales, Promotions, or related areas within the retail or consumer goods industry.

Demonstrated experience with Pega technology, including Pega Customer Service, Pega Marketing, or other Pega platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business and technical teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pega certification(s) preferred.
