Electrical Test Engineer

Role: Validation Engineer, testing and debugging on Electric Vehicle

Education: Bachelors/ Masters Degree

2+ Years of Automotive vehicle validation

Track completion of all required DVP&R activities and technical reports.

Coordinate with internal and external engineering stakeholders to develop test standards, testing protocols, and procedures.

Lead Design Review Based on Test Results activities for EDMs and related components.

Ensure test readiness for in-house and outsourced test labs, including design and procurement of fixtures and Device Under Test (DUT) interconnects.

Develop application specific durability tests based on expected customer usage and target life requirements.

Good communication, time management and interpersonal skills required.

Clear understanding of ISO 26262 for DV/PV testing

Support design change discussions. Make recommendations for DVP&R activities to detect possible failures

Write work orders, purchase requests, etc. for outsourced testing and other procurement
