Director of Finance

Our client located in Staten Island has an immediate opening for a Director of Finance. The Director of Finance will coordinate the internal/external financial reporting and financial operations. The Director of Finance will be directly supervising the financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, process improvements and cost accounting.

-Prepare internal reporting packages to executive teams.

-Develop and oversee annual budgeting process.

-Manage and oversee a staff of at least 2 team members.

-Work with external auditors for annual audit and preparation of tax returns.

-Responsible for improving processes, controls and quality over month end closing process and financial reporting.

Qualifications

-Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance

-MBA or CPA a +

-5+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership
