Our client specializes in handling complex litigation matters across a variety of practice areas, including commercial litigation, business litigation, malpractice/liability defense, and construction law, among others. Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 3-8 years of litigation experience to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation and a demonstrated track record of success in handling a variety of cases. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a hands-on role and is looking to take on challenging and diverse legal matters.

Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of complex litigation matters, including commercial litigation, business litigation, malpractice/liability defense, and construction law.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies and achieve successful outcomes.

Manage caseload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Missouri Bar (or ability to waive in) is required.

3-8 years of experience in complex litigation, preferably at a reputable law firm.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to run their own files and work independently.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work product.

Proven ability to handle a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

Federal clerkship experience an asset.
