Java Reactive Lead

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Java Reactive Lead with a strong background in building scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing backend systems using Java and reactive programming principles. As a Senior Java Reactive Developer, you will play a key role in architecting, designing, and implementing complex systems that can handle high concurrency and low-latency requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and reactive programming frameworks such as Spring WebFlux, Akka, or Vert.x.

with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

and implement microservices-based architectures that are resilient, fault-tolerant, and highly available.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.

experience in developing reactive applications using frameworks such as Spring WebFlux, Akka, or Vert.x.

Understanding of asynchronous and non-blocking programming concepts.

with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

in database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
